All rates are in $USD and include 17% ABST government tax. There is also an additional $5.00 guest levy per person per night.

Low Season (May 15 - Nov 30): $1250/nt ($8750/wk)

High Season (Dec 1 - May 14): $1550/nt ($10,850/wk)

Holiday & Event Weeks: $1850/nt ($12,950/wk)

Location

Harbour Haven enjoys gentle cooling trade winds and a wonderful view over historic Nelson’s Dockyard and English Harbour.

The house is only 5 minutes walk down the hill to all Restaurants and supermarkets in English Harbour and access to a dinghy dock at the bottom of the garden.

Pigeon Beach is within walking distance and Galleon Beach can be reached by water taxi (in season).

General

The main living area with ceiling fans has an open plan kitchen with large front glass doors opening to the full length verandah with adjoining pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has 2 large fridges, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, blender, juicer, hot water kettle, french press coffee maker, and toaster.

A washer and dryer is available on the premises. Speak with the housekeeper about usage.

Harbour Haven has 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms all fully air conditioned, ceiling fans and bathrooms with showers.

The upper three bedrooms open up to the shaded breezy verandah.

Bedroom IV is on the lower level and has its own terrace.

Linens and bathroom essentials are provided for all bedrooms and bathrooms. A hair dryer is also provided in the master bedroom.

Additional Information

Check-in is typically 3pm and check-out is 11am, but we can usually work with your flight schedule. Just ask!

WiFi internet is provided, however speeds and reliability may be different on the island compared to your home region.

A large tropical garden slopes down the hill with seating areas for a relaxing cup of tea in the afternoon.

A housekeeper is provided Mondays to Fridays.

A well stocked gym is provided. Use at your own risk.

Both 110v and 220v power is supported. The home has both US and UK-style outlets throughout. You may still want to bring adapters for specific outlets.

On the verandah and in the garden reside 4 friendly well behaved cats – all spayed and neutered – and are fed by the housekeeper and gardener.
